Steps to take …
We look forward to exploring ways we can work together. We can help take your land from raw land to a Conservation Subdivision.Here are three approaches:
- Direct Sale
Savage Green Development, LLC will purchase your property and carry out a Conservation Subdivision Design Community.
- Joint Venture
You, the landowner supply the property. We supply all legal, engineering and management to move the conservation subdivision through the various town/city boards to where we have final
approvals. A basis point is determined for value of your property as raw land. Then when lots are sold the difference between base price and selling price (aka value added) of lots is split.
- Fee for Service
Project fee paid to Savage Green Development, LLC for acting as project manager. Property owner carries all costs.
